Lake Conroe 411 was created as a resource for the Lake Conroe, Texas area and surrounding areas wanting information just about everything.

I created this blog, because when I purchased my home in April Sound in 2005, I realized I had many questions. Like everyone else my questions were related to: Where is the best Mexican food? The best Italian food? The best restaurant to celebrate an event?… you get the idea.

So with this in mind, I invite you to participate. Where is your favorite eating place? Favorite take-out? Favorite Sunday drive? Who provides electricity in April Sound? Bentwater?
